Wrong product delivered by medusify.com

I ordered a bag from medusify. Com , got delivered on 30 aug 2017 through blue dart. But the cod amount was around 20k so i opened the parcel to check the bag.

The bag was not the one that i ordered so i told blue dart person that i will not pay for it , nor vl i take it .

They refused to take it back by saying that i did not open the parcel in front of them and i should not have opened it .

Now the parcel is with me and i have not paid for it. What should i do , i do not want that parcel , please advice as the blue dart person is threatening me for police .

    This is fake website please don’t order anything from here they purposely send wrong products and when you try to reach them they cannot be contacted. The no in their website is never available. They are looting people money. Even if you choose COD u have to pay courier guys before opening the parcel by that time your money is gone. Beware of such websites. I am publishing posts every time n they are deleting my review. Don’t fall into their trap

    Thanks for taking out time to inform others about your experience with the website… I wanted to purchase… But now will not take a chance… And for the website ppl who think these forums don’t matter and they can keep fooling… You just lost a customer

    It’s a fake website they sell all fake products and when u try to reach them they r not reachable neither they reply to emails once u pay them money it’s gone PLS DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE ITS FAKE
