Wrong product delivered by Shopclues

I had delivered with a wrong product by Shopclues hence i had requested for Replacement/Return. My original order no. 120360857 (a set of 2 magic mop heads) was transferred to another merchant due to unavailability with new order no.120604050 where i get delivered a set of microfiber cleaning gloves which is the wrong product. It was showing correct as per product display pic but wrong product delivered to me. Screenshots of prove attached.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
