I had ordered for a men’s wool blazer (order no: 21943503) from Shopclues.com on 5-Oct-2014. The product which was delivered to me was a different one from the one described on the site. The collar was of different style and moreover, the product had an ugly ‘joint-mark’ on one side. I have attached the pictures of the displayed and the delivered item. I requested them for return of the item and refund of the money. The return request was approved by 14-Oct-2014. However, no pick-up man had come yet. I had already called them several times but they could not give me any confirmation. They are supposed to refund money immediately or by a maximum duration of 14 days as their policy says. However it’s already over two weeks and they are not just bothered to respond to the matter. Neither can I use the product, nor can I buy a second one since my money is with them. They have just kept my money in stake. I am really frustrated with their service and the harassment they provide to customers. Hope my issue will be resolved at the earliest and my money refunded within a few hours. Thanking you.
