I had ordered branded watch combo from shoposum.com website on dated:- 18-June-2018 worth Rs 699/- shown while placing and order. It’s reference number is SO-34657. Delivered by BlueDart courier. The product that has been delivered is not the one which was shown while placing an order, also the price money that was taken from was Rs 947/- instead of 699/-. The watches are duplicate and of worst quality. I had mailed them regarding return and refund of the order on 26-June-2018 day itself when I received the order but yet there is no any response from their side. Please do the needful as I want my money to be refunded.
