I ordered a Xiaomi Mi4 price Rs. 14999/- on 02/01/16 and the product was to be delivered 05/01/16 but the courier boy delivered it on 06/01/16 through Xpressbees Courier Service. When I opened the Snapdeal brown carton I was shocked that it contained a different product. Snapdeal delivered a Zeal Mobile X-1 Mini price Rs. 499/- . I informed Snapdeal about this, first they said I should not worry as my money is protected under the Trust Pay Policy of Snapdeal and they asked me to submit my ID Proof and photos of the product box & the snapdeal box & the barcode pasted on the box. I mailed them all the photos but they made an excuse that I have failed to provide them a 3rd barcode which was pasted on the top of the Snapdeal Box at the Snapdeal Warehouse (there is no 3rd barcode on the Snapdeal brown box there are only 2 barcodes) and due to this Snapdeal has closed my request and has refused to refund my money OR deliver the correct product to me and has turned a deaf year towards me. Please help me.
