I ordered a Yonex Carbonex 6000 plus UG-4 Badminton racquet from Snapdeal and my order id is 11274400131. It was worth Ts. 1495. But they delivered me wrong racquet named Yonex carbonex 6000 ex which costs 1200. When i asked them for replacement then they said my area is not servicable so they can,t send a pickup to me and i have to courier it by myself. It was a cash on delivery order. I cant understand how my area became unservicable just after the product was delivered. They delivered the wrong product and took the cash, till then area was servicable and after that it is upto me to send the courier. Why should I take the headache to courier the package. This is their fault so its their responsibility. They dont have any solution to my problem. They are just avoiding me.
