Wrong product delivered by Snapdeal vendor

I had ordered a fossil watch from snapdeal 3 june 2018. My cousin picked that product on my behalf and the snapdeal cover in which it came was opened,my brother did not noticed that to much .when i ame back i recieved and opened the product i recieved a differen item and as soon at that time i had registered a complaint with snapdeal ,they told me they will revert to me in 48 hours ,now its wednesday almost 96 hours are completed no one has looked into my matter till now .Only thing they are saying is that sir our team is working on your case and we had escaled the issue. They are not responding and i dont know what to do i even cannot connect to their customer care .
Kindly please help me my 7999 buck are at stake and this is a hard earned money for me .
Kindly please help me your efforts will be appreciated.
