I order one MI 20800 MAH power bank on 29th of july 2016 but they deliver wrong product. In place 20800 MAH they deliver 10400 MAH and used one power bank with out charging cord.I also email at CS@varideal.com but dont get any response and call multiple times on there customer support number 011 66575920 and they continous telling that your updated product is ready to deliver.

  1. The same thing happended with me. I have ordered for Mi 20800 mAh Power Bank for the Rs. 899/- and they sent me second had used or repaired power bank of 10800 and not replying since long. We all customer should togethered and fight against such company with the help of Customer Protection Cell.

  2. The same thing happened with me. I have ordered for Woodland Shoes for Rs.1759/- and today we have received wrong and used IInd hand product and Ref is Order No.100004116 and Invoice No.100003371.

  3. The same thing happened with me. i have ordered Mi 20800 mAh power bank, but received 10400 mAh.And not getting ans from customer support since 5 days. even they are not replying on Email. What Should I Do?
