Wrong product delivered in online shopping

I had ordered a drools adult preimum dog food instead they had send me drools puppy food and baggage is damaged. I made mistake in buying from online shopping. These people are fooling customers and wasting cuatomers time and money.invoice number and photo of the product delivered is in attached file.pls do the needful.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
