Wrong product delivery by Amazon

I ordered MI Redmi Prime 2 phone on Amazon and in return they sent MI Redmi. As per there return policy I need to send the phone to them. But none of the courier service is accepting the phone as they are opposing to take the phone as it has battery.

So i asked Amazon to arrange the pick up for the same so that the courier service which they used to deliver the product, can actually collect it. But Amazon is refusing to arrange the pickup.

In this process, I have wasted many hours arguing with them and services. I have asked them why they have drop service in this location and not pickup. They did not gave me the answer for this question.

I also asked him to escalate this issue to there CEO, who ever it may be, as i am not satisfied with the service because of there mistake.

As a consumer forum, i think you will take my complain and help me fight back with the bad service of amazon, along with the high penalty on them for wasting my time and money.
