Wrong product from Zeby ecommerce

The website is fake. I have ordered the same attached product. After receiving the product I made sure to make a video while opening the package. They have sent a different smart watch which do match with the product that i have ordered. Tried reaching their number from their website but it does not exist so mailed them in their website email id the same doesnot exists. Website is fake too.

I want a refund from them

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines.
