I have bought flood light from snapdeal. I have some quality issue with light so I decided to return it & opt for refund. The pickup guy came for pickup & he picked up three same led light which I ordered from amazon & that product quality was good but he has to take 1 flood light that is mentioned for pickup but he took 3 flood light from amazon & left the flood light from snapdeal. the delivery guy has to check item serial no, order id etc before pickup of order. I ordered this item for relative. when pickup guy came they were outstation & picked this item from their shop staff. i ordered this item for their personal use . I contacted snap deal support & told them about my concern but they are giving false update we are trying to contact you but can’t connect with you but the number they are mentioning in which they are trying to call out of 3 they are successfully able to connect in 2 number. i told them to call me after 5 min as I was driving but I have received no call. I have contacted customer support regarding to pickup flood light from snapdeal & return my 3 flood light from amazon but they are saying we have processed the refund of 1 flood light. I want to highlight one thing about snapdeal as my order picked & I got my refund not immediately after pickup only when item is received to snapdeal & passed quality check . Now in quality check they cheated & done fraud as every electronic item has unique identification number such as serial no but they simply see that they are getting 3 flood light so they passed quality check. Kindly take strict action against snapdeal for cheating customers. I want my 3 flood light from amazon to be back to me & pickup your snapdeal correct flood light. if snap deal has sold my light I want refund of rs 3633.I believe this forum will give justice.
