Wrong product purchased, no support from Flipkart vendor

I bought a foncase ub-1085 wired 3.5 mm jack headphone from flipkart.com.The cost for the product is 310 rupees (including delivery charges). the product id is 0D110628968616250000. i ordered the headphone on tuesday 31st october 2017 at 12.49 pm.I recived the order today 5th of november at 12.29pm. i use a lenovo k8 note.in their website they said it works with lenovo vibe k5.and it is 3.5mm. so i thought it to be a universal headphone and bought it for my lenovo k8 note mobile.I made a mistake.so when the product came i used it and soon found out that it does not work with my phone properly.you have to adjust the jack repeatedly to get proper sound.and even when you get the proper sound it gets interupted by the slightest head movement. or by the slightest touch to the jack.i contacted them immediately after receiving the headphone.they contacted me back at 1.30 pm and said that it cannot be replaced. i told them i made a mistake and with the refund money i would like to purchase another headset for my phone from their website.but the lady on the other end of the phone said that they just cannot do that. now i am feeling robbed.

    You accept that it is your mistake. And you have also open the pack and used it. Now, if you return this product vendor cannot resell it and he will incur loss.
