Refund from Shoper.in – Rs.3,256/-: Ms. Reena Panchal of Thane, Maharashtra placed order # SHOPER1021 with Shoper.in. She made payment through EBS which was confirmed by email from EBS dt.09-03-2017. The customer however did not receive the product and there was no response from Shoper.in to the customer’s email. Ms. Panchal posted her complaint at ICF on 20-03-2017 and the matter was taken up the parties concerned. After follow-ups, Ms. Panchal got her money back by 01-04-2017.
