Wrong product received from Snapdeal twice

I ordered “KS vibra+sauna belt” from SnapDeal but I received “SOBO vibra+sauna belt” which was not working properly. I requested Snapdeal for replacement. SnapDeal replaced it but again with same wrong product “SOBO vibra+sauna belt”. When I again requested SnapDeal to replace it with correct product then SnapDeal totally refused to replace. I want to ask SnapDeal to refund my money back which I’ve paid for a wrong & damaged product.

    My complaint No. is 19950888. I am continuously sending mails on writetous@snapdeal.com and you are saying that you have not received the details. I’ve made so many calls at your call center. Please activate my account so that I can use my FreeCharge balance.
