Wrong product received from Snapdeal

My complain is against to snapdeal (online shopping site ). I have ordered iPhone 6s 16gb silver but I received iPhone 6s. 64gb gold. Immidately I have raised a complain and they assure me for replacement but after 12 days I have received mail from snapdeal about reverse pick up of product but suddenly I was received mail about requirement of images that I have already shares with them 6 times .
