Order 25193 I ordered a bench from Woodenstreet.com. Before placing the order I called their Bangalore store to check if the product is available to see. It wasn’t but they assure it will be the same as given in website. They only have pre-payment option. After 6 weeks the product came and it was different. I requested them multiple times to refund the amount but they are denying. Seems they do with many customers like this. Strict action pls
