Wrong product received from Zookr

I order from the ecommerce website. The photo as shown in website was really nice cool watch, but after receiving the order I realised I received the wrong product. On contacting the company, they replied that the return is not available as per our return policy. But, their return policy clearly states that we provide return if wrong product is received.
Their customer care number is 24×7 not reachable.
After a while they have stopped replying the emails as well.
I want to take some serious action about this and I am really to go to consumer court. IF THER IS ANY LAWYER READING HERE, KINDLY SUGGEST ME HOW TO GO ABOUT THE COMPLAIN.
