I purchased Morphy Richards Icon DLX food processor from Paytm Mall. The seller Bajaj Digital sent the product but the main centrifugal jar does not belong to this food processor and its not fitting at all on the machine. Moreover the motor and jars have scratches all over like a used or demo product. I raised a return request on Paytm on 6th Oct. They asked me to share details and the images. i shared all the details but there was no response. when i called their customer service on 10th oct, they said concerned team is investigating. they asked for more images that i shared. after getting no response i called their customer service again on 12th oct. they said team is investigating and they cant do anything else to help. till today we have no response from them and they are not processing our return request and arranging for pickup & refund. i also mentioned that they can replace it with a new product instead of refund but still no action. it is an expensive Rs. 8503 item. they are misleading customers in lure of cashbacks by sending or used products. please help in getting the right product or refund of my money.

  1. I had placed Lenovo laptop order#4110354852 successfully using paytm on 10-Nov-17 by deducting the amount of 30449 from my debit card account.

    On 10/13 , Received an email from them saying that order is canceled. Not sure why they canceled it?.
