Wrong product sent by Snapdeal, replacement refused

I purchased a Duckback Red Hotwater Bag D/b-metal Order No. 10976198397 on 5/01/2016 from Snapdeal.com and the price quoted by them was Rs.375/- but to my dismay they sent me a hotwater bag of ‘Kavach’ brand which we can easily get it in Rs 150/-. I am compelled to write to you as I couldn’t get any response from Snapdeal when I lodged a complaint against this fake product they supplied. The total price I paid = Rs.380.00. Product received on 13.01.2016 around 4.00 p.m. Please help me to replace the product without additional charges or else refund my money.
