I ordered some articles from Nykaa on 28 March which was shipped on 31 March and a tracking ID was given to me. Till 7 evening that I’d was unoperational and even after writing to Nykaa repetedly, no reply came. At night the ID showed status in Delhi, and next morning by 10:30 am, the packet was delivered (I doubt the ID showed accurate status even after complaint). Basically the mail says that once shipped the order should reach within 2-5 days, mine took full 11 days. Definitely it was a late order. Further, one product – Sunsilk dream soft and smooth shampoo 180 ml pack was missing and instead they packed Sunsilk nourishing Soft and smooth 80ml (rs 60). The invoice however shows payment of rs 132 against that 180 ml pack. I immediately wrote to Nykaa both on customer care and Facebook page and sent image of both invoice and product together but no use. They have not replied yet. This irresponsible attitude must be accounted for. Please do the needful.
