A few days ago I ordered a Nike Pro Fierce Red Training Sports Bra 620280 from Myntra. Once I received it, I found the size to be improper, so I placed a return request for it. The app told me that I would have to self ship the product back to the warehouse as the pick-up facility was not available in my area for this particular product.

I packed the product myself and my mother went to the post office to ship it. There was no middle-person involved.
A few days after that, I received a call saying that the Myntra team had received a “dirty cloth” at the warehouse instead of the original product, and that I would not be refunded.

I lodged a complaint and sent an email to them, but they only responded to say that the dirty cloth had been shipped back to me and that I would receive it soon.

Today I received the parcel and it contains some grey colored woolen scraps of cloth that I have never seen before. I have not yet touched the cloth.

I know from my side there was no meddling, as the entire self shipment process was carried out by me and my mother. The parcel was shipped by government post office. There has been a mismanagement at the warehouse, or so.
Myntra is completely cheating us and expecting us to remain quiet about it.
