Wrong saree received from Sareelelo

I have booked a saree in sareelelo website with order no 24135 (http://www.sareelelo.in) on 18.11.2017 but I received a different saree on 24.11.2017 which is also damaged. i tried to return back saree but able to reach them through mail. please help me to get ordered saree or Cashback. Thanks

    I hav ordered saree in sarelelo with no 529827 , I have received different saree, which is old andlooks like used ….please help me to get back cash. .please do the needful. Thank you

    I have received the product and the product was little bit damaged and the size was different so plz kindly u to refund the money

    You delivered wrong sarees and i returne your product by skying.co website . I pay extra charge by paying 150rp.I want refund my money back . I also call and message you many times but you didn’t give any answer
