I purchased a Moto g4plus few months ago. After some time there was a charging problem I went to the service centre in Noida and they told me that there is problem in data cable so they changed it after 4-5 days .I collected it and the same problem happened again.Again I.went there and they changed the data cable after 5 days and again the same problem happened, this time also they changed the data cable. I came to Kolkata where I study the problem occured again and I went to Salt Lake service centre they told me that the charging slot is having physical damage and It will cost around 3000. I was angry and I contacted customer care but all was in vain. They made a joke out of my time. Please take a serious action against them and solve my issue.
