I have purchased a suit from Blackberry online store on 23.10.2015, size 40. paid the full amount Rs.13595.75
Against this order Blackberry delivered a smaller size where the tagging is for size 40 but on measuring the size is small approx 38. I ordered this for a special event and had to arrange money finally to get another dress for the occasion as the exchange and refund process would take long.

I raised the concern as soon as received the product on 8th Nov. After 2 days of follow up I got the first response on 10th Nov. I mailed all the required details to Blackberry they decided to reverse pick the product. There was no intimation when the executive will come to pick the product. In the first week of December someone came to pick the product who claimed to be a Blackberry employee but he had no ID, no receipt to acknowledge pick up.

When I raised this I was asked to courier the suit to a given address in Manesar. Despite requesting for a proper pickup the executive Mxxxxxxk D insisted to send the package through courier. I agreed and decided to courier the package.

As I was travelling during this period I promised to revert ASAP. Now when I asked for confirmation on whether I will also get refund of these courier charges Rs.3000 for this big a package. I got a revert saying that now as you have reverted late your product will neither be exchanged nor you will get refund.

At no point during the conversation Blackberry mentioned about any timeline for the process nor they have intimated before taking any such step. All this is coming like a shock to me. This is a big amount for me and I request your help and support to please get this sorted.
