I bought a product Amy Rose PO3 Coloured Super Bra from ShopCJ.com of product id 152523, order number: 222101957165206 on 8th October 2015 and I have recieved the order on 17th October 2015 but i got wrong size of product as i have given order of size XL/34.5. After so many time of trying they have responded and pick up the product as mentioned above address on 6th November 2015 through Express Bees.

Then I have called many time to customer care but they didn’t responded properly. On 18th November 2015 Mr.Sxxxxxxxp received my call and responded as it will be done soon within 5-7 working days again I have called many times because I didn’t got my parcel within those working days. Finally on 9th January 2016 time: 9:20 PM I made a call and Mr. Axxxxxxxh has received my call and he asked me everything regarding my parcel and the same thing to wait for 5- 7 working days, and too i was tracking my parcel but i wouldn’t able to do so. So after a long conversation I asked him for docket no. so that i can track my parcel then suddenly the call has disconnected. For evidence i have recorded his call.

Sir/Madam kindly go through my complain so that i will be able to get my parcel.
