Wrong STB delivered by Tatasky

I am a customer of Tatasky for long time. On 11-7-2018 I ordered a HD child connection with HEVC STB with CC(Customer Care). But they provided normal HD STB and installation guy told to replace the STB by talking with CC. On 12-7-18 I raised complaint with CC ID 16aen6k9. On 14-7-18 one nodal officer called me an refused to replace the STB and refused refund of my money. The distributor was having stock of the said model STB. My money Rs 1400 is with Tatasky amd the STB is deactivated. I want either HEVC STB or refund. I request you to save interests of customer.
