This is in regards to online Cake and Flower delivery through www.rosencakes.com. I placed an order on 31 July around 2:00 PM for the midnight delivery of combo product code 24 to trivandrum for 31 July between 11:30 to 11:55 PM., cost Rs 1299/-. The order number is 7353

Before placing the order with the company i had an email and telephonic enquiry thrice with the customer care executives Ms. Sxxxxa, Ms. Axxxxi and Ms. Pxxxxxa. I have all the email available with me. And the telephonic calls can be verified through companies record.

All the executives committed to deliver the product around 11:55 PM on 31st july, on this behalf only i placed my orders. And the biggest rubishness is they delivered at 4 PM, which was not even the midnight delivery slot (9-11:55 PM). For the midnight delivery slot they took extra 299/- towards the delivery charges. The actual product was for 999 only. And the cake was completely rotten one.
After paying the money and placing the order none of the executive is attending the calls or replying to emails. I tried so many times.
I need strict enquiry and action towards the case. And want my money refund.
