Wrong transfer of money to Central Wallet

Transfer of money from Central wallet to Big Bazaar wallet under Future Pay App. I have wrongly added an amount of Rs.1800/- into Central Wallet of Future Pay on 25.11.2017 vide trans.ID 99996674362511201712533445273, I want refund or transfer money from Central wallet to Big Bazaar wallet to consume the same. but support[@]futurepay.co.in is not allowing the same.
