Today i have recharged Rs. 80/ to my mobile acc at about 10.34am but in the evening at 5.49 pm I am unable to make calls for the said no as the amount hs been swiped by the aircel. talking to the customer care i was informed that the amount has been deducted for using internet from my mobile at about 4.42pm.

i asked for the details for heavy user charges for internet but they refused to send the details of user charges and also refused to take my complaint and provide me the docket no. i state that the company for it gain not providing the details and thereby cheating its customer at large. as per the law of the land i have every right to know the details for which i am being charged. under such circumstances i want to get the details for what i am being charged and cost for harrashment.
