I ordered LG G4 STYLUS (TITAN) (LGH630D) from Flipkart on 8 August 2016 received product on 14 August 2016 after opening the safety box , i found LG G4 (LGH540D) which is of 3g variant , when i ordered my mobile it was clearly showing under LGH630D , i have repeated ask customer care to change my mobile with LGH630D but they want are not , they want to refund me mobile because now mobile rate is showing 11500+ and i bought it for 9999
They dont want to punish seller for wrong variant of mobile sent but want to punish customer , why i pay 1500 more…?
After several mails with costumer service i contacted email@example.com (received a call after 3 days ,but at that time proper network was there so voice was cracking they asked me that they will call me tommorow but they didnt called me than , i tweeted on flipkartsupport but they kept assuring me that i will receive call or mail but 7days gone nothing had happened. i am without proper mobile and my business is suffering
i am suffering lot of problems due to not having proper mobile phone ,my business is suffering
please look into this matter and do needful to me.
