Wrong Vodafone billing and harassment in correcting it

I changed my postpaid plan in month of Sept 15 for which I received an email from Vodafone confirming that my new plan is effective from 20th Sept 2015. From the backend they changed my plan from 26th Sept 2015. Since My billing cycle is from 19th to 18th of a month, they charged me heavily from 20th sept to 26th sept (my number was not covered under any plan during this period). On raising request for waver on bill they first dropped me an email giving Rs 50 credit when the amount in question here is Rs.966.06 (847.42+14%tax). Then again on dropping email they called and agreed to give waver of 966. Now they have dropped email to give waver of only 847.42 calling it is with tax. Now again I am dropping emails calling these guys and nothing is being done to correct the amount.

I have to pay wrong amount and my time and energy are being wasted to correct Vodafone’s mistake. And this is the scenario for two of my postpaid vodafone number. I had changed plan for both. I need to fight with them for justice and they have the attitude of not listening to me. This is Harassment on its consumers from Vodafone side.

    Since the last 3 months I’ve literally been exploited by Vodafone!
    1. I don’t get my bills on time. I need to request for it. On that next month I’m charged 100 extra for late payment
    2. Without any request there are automatic recharges that happen !
    3.customer care says ul get call in 48 hrs but I get calls after 15 days! The call that I get also doesn’t know what to do and he says ul get call in 48 hrs! N its stretched so much another month passes
    4. Finally my outgoing is barred! And I’m made to pay my bill
    5. I m told there’s a reversal and only certain. Amount has to be paid after that amount is paid I get a message there is an outstanding yet!
    6. Lastly again I’ve been told to wait for 48hrs!!!!

    Vodafone is extortionist. They have charged my Rs. 2899/- for Oct 2015 at roaming rate against the local corporate plan of Rs. 375/- monthly rental. Now many requests for correcting the bill are not actiond without sighting any reason. Every time they say that they have taken the request and it will be done in 24 hours. But no result. I am tired of contacting them for same reason every time. Now going to consumer court for action against vodafone and claim compensation for harassment.
