I changed my postpaid plan in month of Sept 15 for which I received an email from Vodafone confirming that my new plan is effective from 20th Sept 2015. From the backend they changed my plan from 26th Sept 2015. Since My billing cycle is from 19th to 18th of a month, they charged me heavily from 20th sept to 26th sept (my number was not covered under any plan during this period). On raising request for waver on bill they first dropped me an email giving Rs 50 credit when the amount in question here is Rs.966.06 (847.42+14%tax). Then again on dropping email they called and agreed to give waver of 966. Now they have dropped email to give waver of only 847.42 calling it is with tax. Now again I am dropping emails calling these guys and nothing is being done to correct the amount.
I have to pay wrong amount and my time and energy are being wasted to correct Vodafone’s mistake. And this is the scenario for two of my postpaid vodafone number. I had changed plan for both. I need to fight with them for justice and they have the attitude of not listening to me. This is Harassment on its consumers from Vodafone side.
