I have reliance digital TV. connection. Recently I shifted my house & also given online complaint for Shifting my Digital tv dish & connection.
They have send their representative, who charged me for my connection shifting & for new cable, dish mount. Total bill was around Rs 1200. Which I paid to the authorized representative.
My account was suspended without informing me. When I enquired through Customer service, they informed me that they have deducted the shifting charges. Now they cannot charge twice for the same job. I cannot pay their representative & online directly to reliance digital tv for the same job. This they should have made it clear to us.
Now when I m trying their toll free no, they r disconnecting my phone. I m the oldest customer of reliance digital tv. I m using it for the las 10 years. This is the way they are addressing the customer issue by disconnecting the tv connection without informing the reason behind it.
