I have given an order to purchase a Xiaomi MI4 mobile from Paytm on 25.02.2016 which I have received on 04.03.2016. After receipt of material I saw that in package that some items were missing. After that I have plugged it for charge. With in half an hour the fire broke out from mobile and it burnt. The whole room was filled up with smoke. Some how our family managed to escape from it. Then and there I informed to the concerned site for return the material and refund of my money. Since last four days I am exchanging the mail with them for refund of the money. Some times they told us that they will reverse pick up the material some times they told that it is not possible due to burnt mobile. I have approached the MI.com also for replacement of the instrument but as per them that as I have not purchased it from their authorised agent so warranty does not cover on this instrument.
