I bought XOLO PLAY TEGRA NOTE TAB thrugh my brother in law account on amazon.in on 28-02-2015.
I got charging problem with it and reached xolo service center (sai mobiles; secunderabad) reported problem on 23-12-2015.They sent it to company on 02-01-2016; they said they have got DOA and asked me to get all accessories along with the box of the tab and they will replace it with new tab. But problem was that i lost the box but had all the accessories and invoice and said it to service center. They replied they can’t provide any alternative and asked me to to call XOLO CUSTOMER CARE. I called them on 20-01-2016 from then i didn’t get any valid response from them.I called their customer care nearly 15 times from that date. I also sent EMAIL complaint too, i got reply to send INVOICE and DOA of the tab on 03-02-2016 which i did instantly,still no reply I got.
I also contacted AMAZON.IN on this whether they can help they said if service center gets DOA then only accessories and INVOICE are important there will be no issue of the box, they can send it in any other box. But service center (sai mobiles) person saying that they should get an reference EMAIL from company saying to send in any other box.
Then on 6-02-2016 i again called XOLO customer care, then that call agent said complaint forwarding now, we will reply you in 24 hours,i got no reply;
Then on 08-02-2016 i again called XOLO customer care, then that call agent said complaint forwarded 2 times now only surely you get reply in 12 hours,i got no reply yet;
Then on 09-02-2016; I again called XOLO customer care.then again call agent said forwarded your complaint you will get response by tomorrow morning.
Then on 10-02-2016(today) again called XOLO customer care call agent was saying we are forwarding complaint but when i was explaining my inconvinince he cuts off my call and I would like to bring to your notice XOLO customer care no is connected only once with a number next time you have to call with another number.
XOLO is really not providing any solution to my problem so please help as they have made my TAB dead and not returning just because of a box.
So please help me in this issue and make the company to return or refund me. THANKING you.
