I placed order 33749729 over yepme, payment made online Rs 769, received product, size issues, returned it on 21 June 2017 under yepme’s return policy..refund is not done yet and the policy for refund is max 14/21 days. Placed another order 33765051, payment made online Rs 769, order cancelled by Yepme.com on 29 June 2017. Refund is not done yet and the policy for refund is max 14 /21 days. Complained to Yepme.com regarding this mailed them, after more than 2 months time I still am dropping mails and no response from Yepme.com( Dummy response of regrets / no action taken). I request the consumer forum to intervene and get this resolved ensure a refund and also take severe action against the online fraudulent Yepme.com. Added screenshots of payments.
