My internet is not working past 15 days and i wnated to change address as i moved from my old address. But YOU broadband are unable to do this because they have some Fibre cut rectification process going on and they dont have man power to re allocate my connection. I have called the call centres several times but no use. called their Appliate officer as well many times but he says he will rectify and then do it. But till today nothing has been done. Their staff is also very rude and arrogant. They dont pick the calls. Today i spoke to their new Appliate officer Sxxxxxxxxxm S who does not even know to speak to a customer and was abusive and rude. he told me that there is no one except him with whom i can speak which is really unacceptable. Now when i called the, to cancel connection and get the refund, they say that they dont have refund policy and cant do anything.
