I have bought a Mobile from Micromax Sister Company Yu Yureka on 5th March 2015. I have been facing serious issues since i have purchased the cell phone. I have been communicating with the support team since last 2 months. They have provided a complaint ID 1008550. But till date no service has been provided yet. Also the support team has troubleshooted the device and has sanctioned the replacement of the transreceiver. But till date no replacement has been dispatched. I have already sent my Transreceiver as instructed by them to thier Delhi Warehouse. Upon calling for the replacement i dont get any reply and my call is put on hold for 45 mins . Please help.
