Advance money not refunded by

My complaint is against BHAWANA PG(website :

I ( Varsha Pawaskar) paid each INR 8500/- as advance on Jan 23rd 2013 so i can book bed to be occupied on Jan 27th 2013. Receipt no. are 5425 respectively, copy for the same is enclosed.

I cancelled the booking on same day and requested for refund, since then have written mails and called Manager – N…..H and Owner – BH………A.

They kept on postponing and giving excuses about refund policy, but as we did not use the premises at all and did not find any rules & regulations on their website in regards to cancellation.

They are not ready to refund THE COMPLETE amount and after much followup agreed for half the amount, which is not acceptable.

Please find enclosed the copy of receipt ; mail exchanged & website page screen print.

Please do justice to us for we have not used any of the services of BHAWANA PG and cant forgo our hard earned money, INR 8,500/- is not a small amount (combined) to forgo.
