My Parents were traveling from Bangalore to Hyderabad by Gareb Rath express which was to start from Yasvantpur station in Bangalore at 7 15 pm. So to be on safer side i booked a cab from Mantri cab service for 4 15 pm. I waited for them till 4 25 pm and then called them again. They gave me the driver told me that he has picked some other passenger and will not come. By the time i booked other cab it was already 5 15 pm it was already late. But the new driver tried his best but couldn’t make us reach the station at time. Because of the carelessness of the cab service my old age parents who are 67 year and 64 years had to travel in a passenger compartment in other train at 10 pm. We had reservation in 3AC compartment in Gareeb rath express. So i want an apology from the Taxi service with proper compensation for financial loss as well as the mental and physical discomfort my parents had to go through because of them.
