I had Prepaid Aircel Mobile No 9738409429 which I used to use as spare No when in emergency which was purchased around 3-4 years back with valid documentation and address verification. I had recharged it several times and made calls too but all of a sudden to my surprise my no was blocked and when contacted customer service team of Aircel they indicated that its blocked and given to some one else due to zero usage policy. this is absolutely unfair because:
1. in such cases there needs to be enough awareness to customers or such things needs to be communicated in advance to customers either through SMS or Email. this is not done at all
2. if Zero usage policy is applicable, the same is not told to me by any means neither the same is visible in their website or terms and conditions
3. when I have recharged it several times through PayTM and my online banking for which I have the documentation, on what basis it can be concluded as Zero usage and why they are failing to share those documents which made them to take decisions of blocking and giving it to some one else.
Need justice on this front.
