Airtel deducting balance from prepaid mobile account without any usage

My mobile number had 2.25 gb activated 2g plan, and in addition my balance was rs 200 plus. My gadget has facility to put specified cut after specific mb/gb as is feed,..by the same method my tablet auto cutted, internet connection, while yet I have 1mb (.9mb) balance in my account. I am lot of times cheated by airtel, so I keep snapshots of balance with me,..while I have not made any outgoing call, and my internet pack was working, and I blocked my internet connectivity, and then checked balance of 1mb in my account, a snap as evidence is attached. while checking my main balance,..it had been deducted from rs 200 plus to only rs 160 plus,..while I talked to an airted representative, ..he is unduly dodging and was not in position to make it clear,..Sir please help me in reversal of undue deduction of balance from airtel. My mobile number 9622548920

Today a lady from airtel called me,..it was made clear to her, that rs 40 plus have been deducted wrongly by airtel,..while she checked record, she agreed that rs 40 have been deducted wrongly,..as being activated internet pack,..so deduction on web surfing as a rule needs to be deducted from internet pack,..and it can not be deducted from main balance,..but for reversal she said that she will reverse only rs 20,..I did not agree,..she dropped phone,..it is panic that she verified from records that rs 40 have been deducted wrongly,..but to reversal she was forcing me to agree for rs 20 only,..

While the lady representative agreed that after activation of my internet pake of rs 199 2.25 gb one month validity,..even then my balance of rs 40 was deducted from my remaining balance of rs200 plus, without making a single outgoing call,and yet my net pack had balance,..in such condition you are bound to return my balance of rs 40 without any dodging,Mr Sandeep Kumar Ji,..but paradoxically an arrougand lady representative was dictating me that I will return only rs 20, either agree or I will drop the call,..she was not ready to listen to me,…while I asked what form my rs 20 will be retained by airtel,..she had no answer,..and finally she dropped the call,…I don’t understand what did you convey me,..I am not ready to follow your undue and arougant dictations,.. I am simply a customer of you,and you are service providers,..so do not dictate in future to me,..but follow customer and service provider relations as per applying laws,..Your representatives neither listen to customer, nor they have reason for wrong deductions,..yet they behave like masters of slaves,..that is panic for customer,..return my balance which has been unduly deducted by ur adjustable auto deduction sytem,..

  5. Airtel is not returning my money, which is unduly deducted by them,without any usage,..

    Once more do I update, that airtel agrees regarding my complaint of deducting rs 40 without any usage, but are delaying refund to my account.
