Airtel DTH Connection – split and activation complaint

I have been using airtel DTH with 2 set top boxes for last one year in noida (UP). Recently I had to shift to hyderabad and got the connection split. But since then airtel is charging my old connection for two set top boxes but it has got only one and airtel guys are aware of that. Other than this airtel people are not activation the separated connection. my existing connection id is 3010621380 and the new connection id provided by airtel after split is 3012462505. I have followed up with airtel customer care so many times but they are unable to provide any solution.
