Since few week my Airtel DTH has not been working properly. My dad went so many times to Airtel head office, tried to call to your customer care but no response properly. Recently i have recharged it for yearly but now thinking why i recharged it.
As i am out side of home due to my job and its tough for my parents to get connect to your technical team. Most amazing thing is that Airtel executives are not providing any senior official number , my dad have been asked that Airtel site engineer charge is 150 Rs , dad said fine but over all it more then one week but no response.
My question is why this kind of negiligency from Airtel.
