Airtel postpaid termination request

My name is Harleen Kaur and I reside in Bangalore. Actually I had migrated my Airtel Prepaid sim to Airtel Postpaid connection. I had taken a basic plan which was 199. Now if I see outstanding amount is 1000 which is way too high also its not even a Month. Now I don’t want to continue with airtel anymore they are not disconnecting my connection as i want to switch to other network. They have even taken security deposit of 300. Also i have already made a payment of 400 as they had disconnected my outgoing calls. Never ever I have spent so much on phone. This is very annoying. I don’t want to continue with airtel any more also I need my security deposit that they have taken. After me telling them to deactivate the Internet on phone they still activate by themselves.

Please rectify this at earliest. I would like to go with other network I don’t want to continue with airtel anymore and they have very bad customer care too they don’t even understand what we talk.

    Hi,

    Yes I have recieved a call from your and they told me within 7 days you will be having temporary suspension. Once I clear all your bills I need an acknoweledgement from you all. Stating that I am no longer your customer and my account number also gets suspended. Because airtel can’t be trusted. By their words I need proofs for everything.

    Hi Airtel,

    This is regarding the issue that I am still facing with airtel for my number 9035347233. The number got suspended from 26th Nov 2013 and I also made the payment of 900 and Airtel Executive told me that the payment is cleared I have no dues and this month again I got the Bill stating :

    airtel number : 9035347233
    relationship number : 1066848365
    bill period : 26-Dec-2013 to 25-Jan-2014
    this month charges : 223.60
    amount due : 557.15
    due date : 15-Feb-2014

    Where is am not using this number its been suspended from 26th Nov 2013 How can I get bill like this after my number not being activated.

    Dear India Forum,

    Please do consider this issue they terminated my number 9035347233 and now they have send me bill.

    Please do help me out I have all the valid emails and my bill payment receipt. They are telling me that your number is activated but if you call back to the number its not reachable. It says this number doesn’t exist and am not paying them the bill for which I have not used.

    I have written a mail to Nodal officer of Karnataka and also forwarded him the mail conversation of my number being suspended.
