My name is Harleen Kaur and I reside in Bangalore. Actually I had migrated my Airtel Prepaid sim to Airtel Postpaid connection. I had taken a basic plan which was 199. Now if I see outstanding amount is 1000 which is way too high also its not even a Month. Now I don’t want to continue with airtel anymore they are not disconnecting my connection as i want to switch to other network. They have even taken security deposit of 300. Also i have already made a payment of 400 as they had disconnected my outgoing calls. Never ever I have spent so much on phone. This is very annoying. I don’t want to continue with airtel any more also I need my security deposit that they have taken. After me telling them to deactivate the Internet on phone they still activate by themselves.
Please rectify this at earliest. I would like to go with other network I don’t want to continue with airtel anymore and they have very bad customer care too they don’t even understand what we talk.
