She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. I got cheated by instgram online saree seller by name Lakshmi’s Boutique and she took Rs 2100/- for sending me sareeand it has been more than 3 months but she had not sent it
I ordered blouses from account M_O_N_R_I on Instagram. She sent wrong sizes totally very small and unusable than what I ordered. I requested her to exchange sizes, she sadi go to local tailor and get repaired. andstopped responding and blocked me from commenting.
Please tell me how to make bigger size totally unethical and unprofessional.

I ordered a dress from Instagram seller page called (wear_your_glamour). It was delivered on Monday 19th September, 2022. But, it was way larger than what I had ordered.
I then asked the person for the exchange/return process and was telling them to exchange it but they’re not responding properly. I have been waiting for 3 days now.
I then commented on their Instagram’s recent post about the issue and disappointment but they blocked me from it and have now stopped responding to me on WhatsApp too.
The whole process of ordering till the end was taken place on WhatsApp.
