I sent a request of agents around tambaram inorder to make steps to surrender my policy. From just dial a lady named “PxxxxA Sxxxxxxr” with no: 9xxxxxxxx2, accepted to make arrangements for surrendering my policy and got RS.2000 on december 23rd 2016 for doing processing nu she said. I do no the procedures , so i believed and gave it.
But still nil service, i only daily made call to her. she response rudely and spoke worst words to cheat me and said she needs extra 2000 to rs.4000 to finish the job.
suddenly i found out that she is cheating nu, so i said i will proceed with other agent, kindly deposit my amount nu. she asks my bank details also, on 3rd jan i sent it. but still she didnt return my amount back, while made call to her on 29th jan 2017 she said i wont return any amount to customers, its a commisiion amount so i cant nu.
From an advisor i heard that my process will take only rs.200 nu. but she got rs.2000 and also make me to sway here and there for one month from dec 23 to jan 31, i made call to her around rs.500. she attended but wont talk for some times , sometimes telling me to come and wait in Tambaram,sembakkam, chrompet nu at this time nu, but she wont .
Asking commission to customer itself is a crime that too asks me extra 4k also. made me tensed, without any service she made me to sway here and there also. without service she is able to be satisfied with my amount as an agent. I didnt heard similar words, type of asking commission for nil service by an lic agent since 1980.
At present worst culture of agents spoiling the name of LIC. Take necessary actions soon…
Instruct her to deposit my amount 2000 plus fine amt of 1000 for her delayed (one month) nil service and worst attitude.
