Complaint against Aircel for auto deduction

Balance deducted Rs 40 ..one service got activated automatically ..customer care informed me that it will get refunded on 28th Jan ..but nothing happened .. Customer care helpline getting disconnected everytime I tried to contact.
After trying with other no. More than 5 times they put me on hold n then disconnect. Sometimes they say server busy sometimes it’s like they are making fun of me . No one transferred my call to TL even after requesting many times .

Below is my complaint reference no.
