Complaint against bharatplaza for non-delivery and no refund

I had placed an order for a suit worth rs. 9809.10 on on 13th february 2017. I had paid for the order through credit card. I had requested to deliver it by 26th February or max 27th February as it was a gift for my husband. After placing the order, i had sent the measurements alsi veryy next day. Since tht day the site had stopped reaponding. They took minutes to hours to check and update me the status of of my order. my order number is 100217086.

Now on 2nd march after chasing like anything over online chat/ calls and emails, they stated that they are unable to process the case due to unavailablability of fabrics. And to my utter shock they blantly offered me to buy any thing else from there site and since then i am constantly chasing these fraud people but they everytime give this or tht excuse and always offer some alternate product but not refunding my hard earned money.

They are looting people openly and now they are just ignoring me saying concerned department is closed. Call another time.

Help me get back my full amount and i am no longer interested to buy anything from this fraud website.

These people are fraud cheats and unprofessional and unethical.

Please please pleas help me.
