Complaint against bookmyoffer regarding duplicate product

I have ordered an Adidas Shoe which is in white colour with a discounted price of 1150 INR from bookmyoffer.com ,, when i opened the parcel i saw it is duplicate and another company.. They are not even responding my mails and they have given a number 8010001133 which is totally out of service. Please help to return the product and give my money back, i shall be very thankful to you
